You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing items, including your "Party in My Dorm" (PIMD) username and a valid email address. Failure to provide accurate information may result in a delay or failure of delivery, for which Bento Store holds no responsibility.

3. Digital Goods and Delivery

We provide digital in-game items ("Bentos") for the game "Party in My Dorm". All deliveries are digital and will be sent to the PIMD username you provide upon successful payment confirmation. We strive for immediate delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by game server issues or incorrect user information.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery to your in-game account, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed and payment is processed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bento Store is a third-party seller of in-game items. We are not affiliated with "Party in My Dorm" or A Thinking Ape Entertainment Ltd. We are not responsible for any actions taken against your in-game account as a result of using our service, though we maintain the highest standards of safety and security in our delivery methods.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
