Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from PIMD Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

PIMD Store sells virtual in-game items only for the mobile game Party in My Dorm (PIMD). Since these are digital goods that are delivered electronically through the game's trading system, they cannot be returned once delivered.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold on PIMD Store are digital virtual in-game items.

We do not sell or ship any physical products.

Delivery is completed exclusively through the Party in My Dorm (PIMD) in-game trading system.

2. No Refund After Successful Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the purchased virtual items have been successfully delivered through the in-game trading system.

Once delivery has been completed, we cannot retrieve the items, and therefore no refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements will be provided.

This policy applies regardless of whether:

  • You change your mind after delivery.

  • You no longer need the purchased items.

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong quantity.

  • You decide to stop playing the game.

  • Your game account is suspended, banned, or restricted after delivery.

  • You experience issues unrelated to the delivered items.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Delivery has not yet started.

  • The virtual items have not been traded.

  • No delivery attempt has been made.

  • The order is still pending processing.

  • Payment verification has not been completed (where applicable).

Cancellation requests are reviewed individually and approval is at our sole discretion.

Once delivery preparation has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

4. Payment Verification

To help prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, certain orders (generally orders above our verification threshold) require payment verification.

Customers may receive an email requesting confirmation by replying:

"Yes, I Confirm"

If payment verification is not received within 48 hours, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order.

  • Issue a refund where applicable.

  • Decline future transactions if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. When Refunds May Be Approved

Although all digital goods sales are generally final, refunds may be issued in limited situations, including:

Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment after verification.

Order Cannot Be Delivered

If we are permanently unable to deliver your purchased items due to reasons solely within our control, you may receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement of equal value, at your choice where possible.

Out of Stock

If the purchased item becomes permanently unavailable before delivery begins, we may:

  • Refund your payment in full, or

  • Offer an equivalent alternative with your approval.

Incorrect Charge

If an incorrect amount was charged due to a billing or technical error, we will investigate the issue and refund any confirmed overpayment.

6. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The virtual items have already been delivered.

  • You provided an incorrect PIMD username.

  • You failed to accept or complete the in-game trade.

  • You refused delivery after the items were prepared.

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • You purchased the wrong item or quantity.

  • Your game account is suspended or banned.

  • You no longer wish to play the game.

  • You disagree with changes made by the game developers.

  • Delivery was delayed due to game maintenance, server outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • You fail to respond to delivery messages within a reasonable period after we are ready to deliver.

7. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or initiating a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed after successful delivery of virtual items, we reserve the right to:

  • Contest the chargeback using delivery records and payment verification.

  • Suspend or permanently refuse future service.

  • Block future purchases from the associated customer account.

Fraudulent chargebacks may also be reported to the relevant payment provider.

8. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • High order volume

  • Payment verification

  • Incorrect customer information

  • PIMD server maintenance

  • Internet issues

  • Technical problems

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

A delivery delay alone does not qualify for a refund unless we determine that delivery cannot be completed.

9. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct PIMD in-game username.

  • Monitoring their email for payment verification requests.

  • Responding promptly to our communications.

  • Adding our designated delivery partner in the game.

  • Completing the in-game trade when requested.

Failure to complete these steps may delay or prevent delivery.

10. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Payment cannot be verified.

  • False information has been provided.

  • The customer violates our Terms & Conditions.

  • Delivery becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond our control.

Where appropriate, eligible payments will be refunded.

11. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear in your account.

PIMD Store is not responsible for delays caused by banks, PayPal, or other payment providers.
